Associate Professor of Education, University of Lethbridge

Dr. Grigg is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada. Dr. Grigg's areas of research are critical thinking in education and nursing, philosophy of education and the philosophy and economics of Bernard Lonergan. Dr. Grigg's doctorate applies Bernard Lonergan's philosophy of reflective insight to specific issues in critical thinking theory and philosophy of education.

Dr. Grigg is an active, CFC and FIDE rated chess player. He is currently involved in a research project that uses chess to help youth involved in the criminal justice system make good decisions and build hopeful futures.
