Lee Dyer is Professor Emeritus of Human Resource Studies and Research Fellow, Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS), Cornell University. His CAHRS-related research and outreach activities focus on workforce agility and more broadly the future of work. In addition, he teaches a combination undergrad/grad-level course at the ILR School titled "Forging the Future of Work". His most recent publication (co-authored with Professor Thomas Kochan of MIT) is "Shaping the Future of Work: A Handbook for Action and a New Social Contract (MITxPress). Professor Dyer holds BBA, MBA, and PhD degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
