Senior Lecturer in Environmental Health, CQUniversity Australia

Dr Lisa Bricknell is a Senior Lecturer in Environmental Health and Head of Undergraduate Public Health Courses in the School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences at Central Queensland University. She holds a PhD in environmental toxicology (UQ) as well as undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in both environmental science and environmental health. Prior to commencing her PhD, Lisa worked for almost a decade in State and Local Government as an environmental health professional. Her research interests lie in environmental toxicology, environmental health risk management and disaster risk reduction. She currently teaches undergraduate units in environmental toxicology, environmental health risk management, communicable disease control, epidemiology and environmental health law.
