Professor at Prince Henry's Institute, Hudson Institute

Professor Salamonsen is an NHMRC Senior Principal Research Fellow at Prince Henry's Institite and has an adjunct appointment in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Monash University . She heads the Uterine Biology Research Program at Prince Henry's Institute. Her long term focus on the molecular mechanisms underpinning embryo implantation into the womb, is now moving towards translation: to improving fertility in infertile women and in development of new non-steroidal contraceptives for women.
