I hold a PhD in Environmental Economics and Environmental Management from the University of York, UK. My MPhil in Applied Economics is from Jawaharlal Nehru University in India. My current research work centres on food and communities, including: food poverty, food justice and food sovereignty; food and nutrition security; food waste and social supermarkets; community self-organisation for resilience; community food growing and gardening; the impact and sustainability of agro-ecological enterprises; climate change and resilience.
