Postdoctoral Research Scholar, Vanderbilt University

Lynne C. Vincent is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. In her research, she examines the moral and social implications of creativity. Over the last decade, creativity has been touted as an important source of competitive advantage, but there has been very little attention paid to the potential costs of creativity in organizations. In contrast to the status quo view of creativity as inherently positive, she investigates the potential dark side and the unexpected consequences of creativity.
