Margherita Pieraccini

Dr Pieraccini's research focusses on nature conservation law and was awarded a ESRC future research leaders grant, funding further socio-legal studies on English marine protected seas.

A former lecturer at the University of Exeter, she joined the Bristol's School of Law in 2011. Her background studies are in anthropology and international relations, a MPhil at Cambridge before going onto a PhD in Environmental Law.
