Margriet Lantink

Postdoctoral Research Associate, Department of Geoscience, University of Wisconsin-Madison

I am a geologist specializing in cyclostratigraphy, the study of astronomically induced climate changes recorded in sedimentary rocks. My research focuses on Precambrian cyclostratigraphy – i.e., cycles in rocks older than ~540 million years – offering potential insights into the early Earth's climate and solar system's dynamical evolution.
