I have a background in social work, Māori-centered research, and history.

As a social worker (kaimanaaki), I was employed by Capital & Coast District Health Board to work in a specialist community mental health team with young people experiencing first episode psychosis.

As an oral historian, I have specific experience in working with Indigenous Peoples.
