Marijana Baric

Marijana is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at Anglia Ruskin University. Her research interests and passions centre around policies and practices that add social value in an organisational setting, focusing on EDI, employee wellbeing, and green behaviour. Within this, she has a particular curiosity in studying the development of social norms as well as the nature and influence of various exchange relationships that occur in the workplace.
