Mark Edwards is an Assistant Professor at the Business School, University of Western Australia where he teaches in the areas of business ethics and organisational transformation. Mark’s PhD thesis has recently been published in the Routledge Studies in Business Ethics. The book focuses on the integration of theories of organisation and applies this to the fields of organisational transformation and sustainability. He is currently working on a book offering a more general introduction to the topic of big picture science or meta-studies (to be published with SUNY Press).

Mark has published on a diverse range of topics including management studies, grief and meditation, futures studies, psychotherapy and spirituality, sustainability and organisational transformation. Current research and teaching interests include the study of global business ethics, climate change, organisational sustainability and the development of metatheoretical research.

Mark is also currently involved in an UWA online initiative looking at solutions to the climate change crisis (Shaping Tomorrow's World at www.shapingtomorrowsworld.org). Before working as an academic, Mark worked with people with disabilities for more than 20 years.
