Mark McGlashan

Mark McGlashan is a Senior Research Associate in the Department of Linguistics and English Language at Lancaster University where his research looks at the risks in online contexts, including how social media platforms can be used to damage brand reputation and facilitate crime (rape threats, hate speech, etc.). His doctoral research looks at challenging homophobia and homophobic bullying through children’s literature.
