Martijn van der Kamp

Team Science Fellow, Australia-Indonesia Centre

Driven by the firm belief that only through collaboration can we face our biggest challenges, Dr. Martijn van der Kamp aims to educate, inspire and equip those who are tackling these challenges through the topics of teamwork, strategy, and leadership. As a researcher, teacher, and consultant, Martijn has worked with teams in business, government, and elsewhere on the design and implementation of teamwork and partnership strategies.

At Monash University, Martijn lectures in Leadership in the MBA program, heads the MBA integrated team program, and engages in executive education.

As the Team Science Fellow at the Australia-Indonesia Centre, Martijn supports collaboration in a network of demand-driven, interdisciplinary, research teams from 11 universities, who work across disciplines and country borders. This means attending to collaborative strategies, institutional foundations, developing researchers' collaborative skills, and facilitating teams on their journey to drive impact in South Sulawesi.
