Researcher, consultant, and teacher in the area's of strategic management and teams. A troubleshooter who brings strong analytical skills combined with a structured approach. Getting things done at all levels in the organization. Completed a PhD. and various consultancy projects concerning the realization of collaboration in teams and between organizations.

In my research, I link strategic issues and phenomena, organisational design, and organisational behaviour, such as teamwork in strategic alliances. My current studies focus mostly on how group composition and organizational structures affect subgroup formation, group processes, and outcomes. I often examine this in the context of alliance multiteam systems; networks of interdependent teams across organizations. My studies regularly cross levels of analysis as I investigate how teams contribute to organizational outcomes and vice versa. I use a variety of research methods, including field studies, cases, and experiments.
