Professor Martin Klaffke is a Visiting Scholar at the UTS Business School. He holds a professorship at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) Berlin and heads the Hamburg Institute of Change Management. His research focuses on Change and Diversity Management, particularly on the highly topical issues of managing the expectations and resulting frictions between generations at work.
