Matthew May

Matthew May serves as a senior research associate with the Idaho Policy Institute at Boise State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Boise State University and his research interests include elections, electoral policy, the legislative process, and how these systems can affect the relationship between public employees and policy makers.
