Hi There!

First and foremost, I have been writing articles on global development and health issues consistently for the past 8 months on my personal website. I write an average of one article a fortnight. Feel free to check out my articles at https://impactinformed.net.

In addition, I have worked and volunteered with a range of health-related organisations. I previously worked with KPMG as a consultant in Health, Ageing, Human services, where I developed a keen understanding of the NSW and Australian health systems and associated issues. I have also volunteered for Lifeline on the phones, St Lucy's school for children with special needs, and various rehabilitaiton clinics.

I also have extensive experience working in developing countries. I have twice interned with a social enterprise in India (Pollinate Energy) and volunteered in a school in Nepal. Hence, I have in-depth knowledge of issues and environments in the global south.

My educational background is in Psychology and Accounting. My Psychology Honours thesis considered how best to communicate climate change facts in a way that induces action. My current PhD research will be looking to develop and implement a grassroots drowning prevention intervention in India, and will also consider how drowning policy in India can be improved.
