He’s actually the Scientific responsible of the European project, GREASE, at the University of Rabat, in charge of Morocco and Tunisia.
He is the author of several common books, contributions and reports on the topics of Emigration/immigration, Education, Professional training and employment, Sustainable development (in North Africa and Subsharan countries, particularly), Water management and Climate change, etc .....
He is the founder of the Open University on “Migration, human rights and development” (2006); he is member-founder of the ‘’Common good University’’, Brussels (2002); member-founder of the World Alternative Forum on Water (2003).

He’s actually coordinating a project called RNO – Return to new opportunities aiming the Integration of migrants and returnees in Moroccan society. This project is implemented within the German foundation DVV International and funded by the German cooperation GIZ. Rabat-Morocco, January 2018/March 2020.
