I am a Chemical and Environmental Engineer by training. I worked for more than three years on novel applications for nanomaterials such as nanoporous surfaces, and piezoelectric nanowires. During my PhD for the past four years, I have been investigating the fate and transformations of nanoparticles of silver in the environment.
Currently I am a research assistant at McGill University. I am working on a paper on the impact of dissolved organic carbon compounds on the sulfidation kinetics of silver nanoparticles.
