Melanie Laird

I'm an evolutionary biologist interested in understanding what drives the evolution of vertebrate reproductive modes. I've worked on marsupial pregnancy and lizard reproduction during my PhD. I'm currently researching sexual development in brush tail possums as a postdoc at the University of Otago.
