Melinda Martin-Khan

Senior research fellow, The University of Queensland

Dr. Melinda Martin-Khan is a health scientist and blogger with The Centre for Health Services Research in the Faculty of Medicine at The University of Queensland. Her primary research is in health service quality and safety with a particular interest in vulnerable populations (older adults and people with dementia). Dr. Martin-Khan has done extensive work in telehealth and dementia research for people in rural communities or people living in residential care to improve access to quality care.

Her work includes cross disciplinary studies of mental health and chronic disease to tackle a public health approach to risk reduction at a policy level and an individual level.
