Mladen is a postdoctoral research associate in the School of Politics and International Relations linked to
the ESRC project "A Shared Space and a Space for Sharing" (http://www.space4sharingstudy.org/)
His research is focused on international humanitarian and human rights politics.
He has taught international relations at Harlaxton College, the University of Leicester and the University of Derby.
Mladen has previously worked as a translator for the UN International Criminal Court in the Hague.
