Moses Mulumba is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and currently heads the Center for Health, Human Rights and Development (CEHURD). His current areas of interest include: Global Health Law and Policy, Intellectual Property Law and Drug and Devices Regulation. He is also a lecturer at the Ugandan Christian University.
