Murray Ross Hall

Murray Hall is an expert in ethical trade and calculating the cost to close gaps for sustainability challenges such as poverty and climate change. He has over two decades of experience with government, consulting and research (including 10 years at CSIRO, the Australian Government’s lead research organisation), and his work has been recognised through a Churchill Fellowship. At CSIRO, he quantified material and energy flows in the built environment and food systems. At The University of Queensland, he calculated the costs of climate change and poverty reduction in global supply chains.
