Naida Culshaw is an affiliate professor in the department of People, Organization, Society in Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) in France. She teaches several courses in the domain of Human-centric Business and Management including Organizational Behavior, Intercultural Management, Talent Management, and “HRBP at the heart of transformation.” She offers workshops and electives exploring the “business” of NGOs and Social Enterprises, issues around Diversity and Inclusion, as well as the impact of Art, Culture and Representation on both society and self.
