Narcyz Ghinea is a bioethicist and policy analyst. He completed his Bachelor of Science with honours in mathematics at UNSW in 2002. Since then he has worked in various peak organizations within the NSW health system. His Phd (UNSW) is on the ethics of off-label prescribing, and he is currently a Research Associate at the Centre for Values, Ethics and the Law in Medicine.

Narcyz’s research focus is pharmaceutical policy and regulation with a focus on access to medicines.
