Nathan Taylor is currently a PhD student in the Food Policy Lab and a Student Scholar with the Healthy Populations Institute. His proposed thesis research will use GIS, mobile sensing, store-level audits, dietary recalls and qualitative interviews to better understand the interactions between individuals and their food environments.
