His research interests are in Resource Futures with a focus on carbon mitigation & management, bioenergy & biochemical synthesis, and climate and energy policy.
Nick is the Deputy Director of the Wealth from Waste Cluster, a three year collaboration between UTS, CSIRO, Monash, Yale, Swinburne and the University of Queensland researching new opportunities, technologies and business models to harness value from metal-bearing waste. See wealthfromwaste.net
He is also an Honorary Lecturer at the Grantham Institute for Climate Change, Imperial College London and a part-time Research and Design Engineer for Calix Limited, an Australian minerals processing and carbon capture technology developer.
