PhD candidate, UNSW Sydney

Nick is a historian and historical archaeologist with several years experience on construction-funded archaeology projects in greater Sydney. He is currently a PhD candidate in history in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, UNSW Sydney. His primary research interest currently lies in the history of 19th-century colonial settlers, their landscapes and material culture.

He also has an interest in using digital humanities to open up archaeology and heritage consulting reports to historians, archaeologists and everyone interested in local history - see his website:
