Nicolien van Luijk

I am currently working as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Ottawa funded by Dr. Audrey Giles and Dr. Lyndsay Hayhurst's SSHRC grant entitled: "Natural Resource Development, Privatized Aid, and Sport for Development: A Comparison of Canada and Australia". For this project I am working alongside other team members to conduct research that examines the role of the extractives industry in promoting sport for development in Indigenous communities in Canada.
