Nigel Morkel-Kingsbury

Higher Education Consultant, Monash University

Nigel joined the Monash University in 1999. He taught a wide range of subjects at both graduate and undergraduate level, including Corporate Finance, International Finance, and Commercial Banking.

Nigel also developed the Monash University Banking and Finance International Study Program, and led a group of students on a tour of Financial and Banking Institutions across Europe each January.

Nigel's research interests and publications include the following areas: Central bank transparency and interest rates, the topic of his doctoral thesis; monetary policy; corporate finance; and initial public offerings. Nigel co-authors introductory corporate finance textbooks which are published by Wiley.

Nigel is now consulting on Higher Education quality, corporate finance and economics. He also loves his Airedale terriers.
