Nikita Vanderbyl teaches across history and social inquiry at La Trobe's Mildura campus. Her doctoral thesis investigated the life and work of Wurundjeri artist William Barak. She lives and works on the unceded lands of the Latji Latji, Ngintaiat and Nyeri Nyeri peoples.
