Senior Fellow, Australian Centre for Ancient Numismatic Studies, Macquarie University
I hold a doctorate in Ancient History from the University of Oxford, where I was a Clarendon Scholar, and a BA (Hons) in Ancient History from Macquarie University.
My current research project uses network theory to analyse the role played by trans-Mediterranean networks in the growth of Rome's Republican territorial empire.
My first book, on Roman imperialism in antiquity, is forthcoming through Oxford University Press.
