Assistant Professor, Nazarbayev University

Dedicated Social Researcher | Disability Inclusion Advocate | Critical Diversity Scholar

With a strong background in advancing the understanding of challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in the Global South, I am passionate about using my expertise to drive change and improve lives. Holding a PhD in Development Studies and having extensive experience in both the non-profit sector and academia, I am well-equipped to tackle complex issues surrounding disability inclusion.

My research centres on developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance accessibility, inclusion, and quality of life for people with disabilities. As a committed advocate, I work collaboratively with individuals, communities, and organisations to build a more inclusive world for people with disabilities, driven by a deep belief in the value and dignity of every individual, regardless of their differences.
