Kaya Wilson is a hazard scientist with a PhD from the University of Newcastle specializing in tsunami modelling. As an accredited hydrographic surveyor who has worked in both industry and federal government, Kaya applies ocean mapping expertise to best predict tsunami impact. Recent work includes the detailed tsunami modelling of Sydney harbor for potential tsunami threat.
