Paul Richardson

Associate Dean (Research) in the Faculty of Education, Monash University. He has received funding from Australian Research Council for a unique longitudinal study of the motivations related to the choice of teaching as a career, the self-efficacy of beginning teachers, the career trajectories of these different types of beginning teachers and their path into mid-career (www.fitchoice.org).
