Paul Sherman

I earned my PhD in Education and Social Justice at Lancaster University, UK. My doctoral research centered on the cultivation of global citizenship identity and engagement in higher education. I have taught college and university courses in social service work, early childhood education, and family & community social services. Prior to my career in academia I worked in community mental health, first as a clinician, and then as executive director for non-profit youth counseling agencies.
