Peter Roennfeldt

More than 30 years as university lecturer in Music Literature and related areas. More than 40 years performing as pianist, harpsichordist and choral conductor. Widely published since the early 1980s, primarily in Australian music history, piano repertoire and performance practice. Previously held leadership positions as President of National Council of Tertiary Music Schools, Australian National Choral Association, and former Director, Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University. During 2020 conducted, with stage director Sue Rider, choreographer Lois Redman and chorusmaster Jill Still, a 'Covid-safe' student production of Dido and Aeneas at that institution.
