Research Fellow, flammability and fire behaviour, University of Wollongong

For my thesis "Forest flammability: modelling and managing a complex system", I constructed a biophysical, mechanistic model of fire behaviour applicable to any ecosystem. I've worked in fire management for the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service on and off since 2000, and currently conduct my research as an Honorary Fellow at the University of Wollongong.
