Pindi Setiawan

Pindi researches the visual communication of non-literate peoples from prehistory to the present.

He is an avid explorer of his native Indonesia, in 1991, he started investigating prehistoric rock art in the Moluccas, in Sulawesi, and in West Papua.

He is well known for his research on the rock art of Indonesia.
