Piotr Bandosz

Piotr Bandosz is a researcher with medical background. His research interest is cardiovascular epidemiology. Most important projects were countrywide cross-sectional studies on CVD risk factors prevalence in Poland (2002, 2011) and implementation of Polish version IMPACT CHD model developed by Prof. Simon Capewell and Dr. Martin O’Flaherty. His PhD topic, finished in 2013 were changes in cardiovascular risk factors in Poland during last 10 years. Additionally, he has more than 10-year experience of clinical work at the Department of Hypertension & Diabetology at the Medical University in Gdansk.
