Prue Francis

Associate Professor Prue Francis is Head of Medical Oncology in the Breast Service at Peter Mac and also a consultant Medical Oncologist at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. She holds an academic appointment as an Associate Professor at The University of Melbourne.

Associate Professor Francis graduated from The University of Melbourne and completed her internal medicine and medical oncology training in Melbourne and in New York at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre. She is Vice Chair of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the ANZBCTG, holds an appointment as Conjoint Associate Professor at The University of Newcastle in the School of Medicine and Public Health and is a member of the Scientific Committee of the International Breast Cancer Study Group (IBCSG).
