I am a professor of politics from Turkey. My research interests span politics of technology including online political participation, digital inequalities, control of the Internet, e-government, technology discourses, technological dimension of civil-military relations, NGOs and the Internet. More recently, I am working on discourses on Syrian refugees in Turkey.
