Rachel Forrester-Jones

Professor of Social Policy, University of Bath

My research interests scan the life course of people with learning disabilities and people with mental health issues, from early transitions to death and bereavement inclusive of supported employment, social and romantic relationships, quality of life and retirement. The primary focus of my research has been health and social care of vulnerable adults and advancing their social inclusion through social networks and social support. As a qualified Barrister, I am also interested in legal issues in relation to vulnerable groups.
