Dr Ramon Wenzel is addressing opportunities and challenges in relation to work, organisations, and their management.

With a PhD in Organisational Behaviour, Ramon draws on human psychology and organisational management to addresses the full spectrum of formal and informal work learning. Through this work he informs practice and policy on the re/design, facilitation, and evaluation of learning experiences and professional development schemes.

As the Director of the national ‘Learning for Purpose’ initiative, Ramon seeks to research and realise Not-for-Profit capability development. Ramon contributes to the Big Data paradigm for the study and leadership of people at work. He researches and advises organisations in relation to people analytics and artificial intelligence to enhance firm competitiveness through increased staff performance and well-being.

He has attracted external funding worth over $1,100,000 from the Australian Research Council, and multiple corporate and philanthropic entities. His work has been published in top peer-reviewed journals and books, and he is actively engaged in outreach and the translation of research into practice. He thus regularly speaks at national and international conferences, and has been featured in the media.
