Mean ISI impact factor: 3.2 (10 articles with IF>3.5); accumulative impact factor of 115.2; 70% articles in Q1; 28% articles in D1, H-index: 17; i-index: 23; Citations: 808.Experience in outstanding international institutions by research stays. Forchungszentrum (Alemania), UNAN-Nicaragua, University of Minnesota (USA) and Italian National Research Council (Italy). I have contributed with 82 presentations at national and international conferences (9 proceeding, 16 oral communications; I am also a member of the EuroCaroten COST action network. Peer-reviewer for more than 19 high-impact journals. Guest associate editor of Frontiers in Plant Science. Reviewer and panel member of 3 thesis defence and a committee to evaluate candidates of a researchers´ selective process. Director of two summer courses at Univ of Basque Country and Public Univ of Navarre. I have experience in undergraduate/post-graduate supervision: 2 post-docs, 4 PhD student (1 completed, 3 at the end of 2020), 15 MSc students and 4-grade dissertations. Credited as “Profesor Contratado Doctor” by ANECA, I accumulated 136 teaching hours at University. Besides, I have given lectures/courses in several other Universities both national and international (ULL, UNAN, UPNA...). My outreach activities include book chapters, press releases, tweets, talks to the general public and interaction with primary and secondary schools. Co-organizer of the “I Ecophysiology Symposium” and member 3 scientific societies.
