Raul Salgado Espinoza

Raul Salgado Espinoza obtained his PhD in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Birmingham, UK. He studied Political Science, Philosophy and Ibero-American Philology up to Masters degree at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms- University of Bonn, Germany. Now he is a research professor at the Department of International Studies and Communication in the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences, Flacso-Ecuador. His fields of teaching and research interest include International Organizations, Regionalism and Integration, Small States Studies, Foreign Policy Analysis and Geopolitics in the context of Latin America and Europe.
