Rebecca Mackelprang

I studied plant pathology in graduate school, researching plant cellular responses to invading bacterial and fungal pathogens. As a graduate student, I volunteered with The CLEAR Project, a science communication group organized by Dr. Peggy Lemaux. I am now doing a postdoc with the CLEAR Project, which seeks to engage in open and transparent conversations with the public about agriculture, and about science more generally.
