Rhonda is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Institute of Social Science Research (ISSR), The University of Queensland and is a founding member and past president of the Australian Housing Institute.

Rhonda has expertise in public administration, social policy, program management, social research and human services delivery. She has worked for over 30 years in the community, public and academic sectors, including as a senior executive in the Queensland Department of Housing, and has extensive experience on government and not for profit boards and committees. Her current research interests include social housing management, governance and policy implementation with a particular focus on not for profit affordable housing, Indigenous housing and homelessness.
