Professor Robert C Williams is an NRF researcher who lectures Corporate Law and Income Tax law at the University of KwaZulu-Natal’s School of Law. As an expert in this field, he has authored over 100 tax articles and case-notes in the South African Law Journal and other journals. He has also published several leading books dealing with tax law which have become vital references for all those practising in this highly specialised field.
