Robert Pyper

Robert Pyper is Emeritus Professor of Government and Public Policy at the University of West Scotland. His PhD was in Politics (thesis a study of the doctrine of individual ministerial responsibility in British Government) from the University of Leicester in 1987. He has had an extensive academic career thereafter: Professorship; senior management roles; Fellow, Academy of Social Sciences; Fellow, Royal Society of Arts. Journal Editor, member of journal editorial boards. Extensive publication record (books, book chapters, journal articles) in fields of government, public policy, public management.
